We had an incredible dining experience, and the White Palm Hotel was a perfect choice. The owner’s husband himself, a chef there who makes sure to bring quality and taste together. Hints of his Spanish roots can be found on the menu. If you like what he does in the kitchen then definitely try the market experience. The chef will go to the market for you in person and buy whatever fish or meat you’d like and he will then prepare this especially for you, his way or your way. Also vegan options are available.
