W Hotel Ibiza review

Ibiza, the ultimate holiday destination, is not simply just another Spanish island. This island breathes party and it’s known for it’s wild nightlife. Ibiza has long been a safe haven for the international jet set. Why? Because the parties are fantastic, you can bathe in chic and there’s divine Spanish food.

When I just landed, my friends asked ‘What is so magical about Ibiza?’. Only explanation I had, it’s just a feeling, a vibe. Something that touches your skin, fills your lungs and drips down your chin. This island is pure magic and never goes ‘out of style’. This traditionally spiritual place will influence the visitors to this island sooner or later. Es Vedra, the beautiful rock southeast of the island is all the proof you need. Even some compasses sometimes fall out on the sea around it. My advice? Let the music guide you on this island, from the drums on the secluded beaches to the house beats in town.

But where to sleep and stay during your trip to Ibiza? It’s going to be hard to choose from the most stunning selection of luxury hotels. But don’t worry, because I’ve got you covered. So are you ready for some serious hotel inspiration? Perfect! Because it’s time for another hotel review and this time in the spotlight: W Hotel Ibiza review.

I’m a big fan of breakfasts at hotels but this one exceeded my expectations for my whole stay at W. I’ve stayed here for 4 days in a row and every morning I woke up way too excited for the breakfast. The photos explain everything, so I won’t have to write too much words about it. Also the breakfast is located with direct view of the sea and the pool area. Can you imagine your cup of coffee here already?

So are you ready to know more about Ibiza? I’ve got you covered with some insider tips on what’s best to do in Sant Eularia and Ibiza. The Ibicencos are a bit reluctant (logically) to release their secret caves and deserted bays, but with a bit of luck you will discover one for yourself on a tour of the island. Ibiza is best explored by car, which you can easily rent here. Bu what to do in Santa Eularia? Here’s my list of the best things to do in Santa Eularia.

  1. Budget-friendly: Cocktails and sushi at Bonsai with a view over the harbor (my tip: order the passion fruit Mojito and check my Instagram highlights for more photos and insider tips)
  2. Enjoy the classics: Located on those cute narrow streets in Ibiza old-town, very worth it and it is so romantic at La Oliva. Enjoy their steakburgers, homemade friends and the best milkshakes at Steak ‘n Shake
  3. A bit pricy: Enjoy their breakfast and lunch options at Llama, the restaurant of W Hotel. You can also eat here, without being a guest at the hotel.
  4. Other breakfast tip: It is not without reason that this is called the house of health and happiness. Go to Passion Ibiza if you love delicious coffee, juices and superfood shakes.
  5. Luxury, luxury, luxury: Looking for a culinary journey around the med? Then go to Chiringuito Blue Ibiza. This beach restaurant serves you the best of the best.
